Last week all Lead4Skills project partners gathered in Bled to discuss and learn about program & education process management.
In our lectures, conversations and workshops, we have covered a broad spectrum of topics covering educational program management with an emphasis on management and leadership educational programs.
Starting with a conversation on the role of a program manager and the changing landscape of management education, we continued with an interesting workshop on creating impactful learning environment, where participants had to use instruments and different objects to make a symbolic presentation.
We continued by different lectures and conversation on challenges in program managers work, managing staff and faculty and customer service.
We also talked about building international recognition and labour market needs education. We’ve concluded with a talk and a workshop on ethical responsibilities of a program manager.
